In this document "We" refers to George Warman Publications (UK) Ltd and any party involved with the Dental Update online service or Journal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an individual's use of the service at any time. We may exercise this right with or without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service totally, fully and without notice. After termination of the service all data will be kept for 30 days from the date of termination. All data will then be rendered unusable and unreadable. Users requesting confirmation of activity on the web site for the sole use of gaining CPD hours within the UK may write to the above address immediately after the termination of the service for an up-to-date and final certificate.

This service does not include any provision of computer or access to the Internet and are not liable, in any way, for any interruptions in transmission or breaks in communication. We are in no way liable for any telecommunication costs.

The core service is as stated:

The core service is provided without charge to current subscribers of the Dental Update journal. When a subscription lapses, for whatever reason, all rights to access the site are terminated, with the exception of completing the CPD of the final issue. We can from time to time provide other areas within the site that require a further subscription or one-off payment to be made. These areas will be clearly marked and notice given of any premiums.

We are not responsible in any way for any malfunction of computer equipment caused by accessing this site. We are not responsible for any user not being able to access the website for any reason. We are not responsible for any loss of data or corrupt data that may be stored by the Dental Update online service for whatever reason.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel within seven working days of subscribing, please contact us as soon as possible via email on subscriptions@markallengroup.com. Please provide your name, address, and subscriber number and we will be happy to refund you. If more than a period of seven working days has passed since you placed your order, no refund will be granted.
