Abstract
Jim McDonald qualified BDS, LDS RCS (Eng) from Guy's Hospital London and, after a short period in junior hospital positions in London, joined a general dental practice in North Surrey, where he remained for five years until undertaking orthodontic training in the UK, and for two years in Germany.
