Abstract

Familial nonsyndromal multiple supernumerary teeth is a rare condition. The prevalence, unique distribution, potential complications, associated conditions, aetiology and treatment options of this condition are discussed in this case report. This paper also comments on the potential of genetic studies on the defects affecting tooth number.
