Abstract

Adopting the correct surgical technique in minor oral surgery not only ensures that the end result of tooth removal is achieved, but that the patient is not put under any unnecessary harm during the procedure. This paper will cover the surgical techniques and skills required to perform the most commonly required mucoperiosteal flaps in general practice.
