What is restorative dentistry?
The aspects of practice unique to Restorative Dentistry are those which involve integration at a specialist level of all these disciplines. This particularly encompasses multidisciplinary provision of care integrated with other disciplines in dentistry and medicine, such as dental oncology and its associated rehabilitation, management of developmental defects, such as cleft lip and palate and hypodontia, and of dental aspects of trauma.
